From an approbated Examination of Conscience (Sins Against the First Commandment): "Wrong is wrong even if everybody is doing it, and right is right even if nobody is doing it." -St. Augustine
Uncompromising lovers of the *Catholic Holy Mass please note:In any serious inconvenience you are not obliged to attend Mass. This applied in normal times (the 1950's) for travelers (i.e. in another country, etc.,) but much more so today when a true *approbated Mass is terribly difficult to find. The obligation to keep holy the Lord's Day, does not necessarily oblige Mass attendance in every instance, and certainly is never imposed upon us "at any price." What is required of us is to perform some public act of piety, such as a visit to a holy shrine, or the recitation of the Rosary in a public place, or placing of flowers before a statue of our Lord or Our Lady, and to be focused primarily on the things of God, especially by not profaning His holy day by unnecessary servile labor, etc.
"Outside of the Catholic Church the true sacrifice cannot be found." -St. Augustine
"Once these conditions (intention of Orders) are present, the sacraments may be conferred by either the good or the wicked, the faithful or the heretical, within the Church or outside it: but within the Church, they are conferred both in fact and in effect, while outside it, although conferred in fact, they are not effective." -St. Bonaventure, Church Doctor, from The Beviloquium, Part VI, Chapter 5, Article 1
"I most firmly admit and embrace the apostolic and ecclesiastical traditions and other observances and constitutions of the Church." (From the Professio fidei Tridentinae [Tridentine Creed])

Words of The B.V.M. when she appeared at Fatima, Portugal in 1917:
Our Lady of Fatima, Queen of The Most Holy Rosary "If people do what I will tell you, many will be saved, and peace will come. I promise to help at the hour of death with the graces for their salvation, those who on the first Saturday of the five consecutive months shall confess and receive Holy Communion, say five decades of the rosary and keep me company for fifteen minutes while meditating on one or more mysteries of the rosary with the intention of making reparation to me."
"She (the Blessed Virgin Mary) told me that the devil is in the mood for engaging in a decisive battle against the Virgin. And a decisive battle is the final battle where one side will be victorious and the other side will suffer defeat. Also from now on we must choose sides. Either we are for God or we are for the devil. There is no other possibility." -Sister Lucy of Fatima speaking to Father Fuentes, December 26, 1957
